When Does My Subscription Expire?

When does my subscription expire? When do I need to re-subscribe? 

Look on the back cover of your most recent issue. In the white box in the upper-right hand corner is your mailing address. After your name will be a three or four digit number. That is the last month you will receive your magazine.

123 Our Street
Bland MO 65014

1115 - November 2015 - My subscription will expires with the 11/15 issue of Mules and More.
